About us

Tucked away in the heart of Canonbury, Bistro Sablé is Noble Inns’ latest creation — a neighbourhood restaurant inspired by the spirit of the Parisian bistro and the elegance of the French table. We serve classic French cooking alongside a wine list devoted entirely to France.

Exclusive Venue Hire

We offer exclusive venue hire of the whole venue, including the garden for up to 100 guests. Exclusive venue hire is available Tuesday to Saturday. We serve a seasonal 3 course feasting menu and require a pre-order in advance. A minimum spend applies.

Group Bookings

Only a short walk from Islington Town Hall, Bistro Sablé is the perfect spot for a celebratory lunch or dinner. We can host up to 35 guests in a single section of our main dining room, or up to 50 guests across two sections. We serve a seasonal 3 course feasting menu which is designed for sharing and is perfect for any occasion.
